Terms and Conditions

The purchase agreement begins after placing the order on our website and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
For purchases made through email, by phone or through our social media channels the purchase agreement starts once we have received the bracelet.

After placing the order you can either ship the bracelet to us or you can bring it by in person.
The shipping cost to send the bracelet to Marmer Watches is paid for by the customer.

The restored bracelet will be shipped back or can be picked up.
The cost of the shipment from Marmer Watches to the customer is paid for by Marmer Watches.
Shipment from us to the customer will happen within two working days after receipt of the full payment amount. The delivery is fully insured.

All prices are in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax applicable in Germany. At this time we do not accept any other currencies.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, import sales tax or other charges may apply, which vary depending on the country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. 

We only accept bank transfer.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
When no payment is received than the bracelet will stay in possession of Marmer Watches. 


As part of our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction, we provide a warranty period of 6 months for all repairs conducted by our technicians.
This warranty covers technical difficulties that may arise as a result of the repair performed by our team.
Should you encounter any issues within the warranty period, we will gladly address them at no additional cost to you.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, accidents, or external factors beyond our control.
